Our Search Process
The Brill Neumann search process is an interactive partnership between our principals and our clients. It is carefully designed to identify, engage and recruit outstanding leaders whose qualities align with the mission, goals and culture of each client institution.
We generally divide our searches into five phases: Relationship Building; Candidate Pool Development; Client/Candidate Introduction; Closing the Search; and Transition & Follow-Up. During each phase, we actively communicate with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth, transparent, and highly valuable search experience.
